In the same condition you received it.

Note: We do not accept returns for used/opened items due to hygiene reasons.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used beard serums, oils, sprays, or grooming kits.

Items purchased during sales or special promotions unless damaged.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
